Select the test that fits your sample and check out. You receive a test ID immediately.

Send in your sample
Write the test ID on the vial and ship it to the lab. We confirm arrival by email.

We analyse
The sample is analysed using the method you selected. Turnaround time is listed with every test.

You receive the report
A report with the measured values, the chromatogram and your test ID. We report what we measure — including results you were hoping not to see.

Frequently asked questions

How much material should I send?: It varies per analysis and is listed with every test under ‘What you send in’. When in doubt, send a little more: too little material means the analysis cannot be carried out.
When does the turnaround time start?: The moment your sample arrives at the lab and payment has cleared. Shipping time to the lab does not count towards it.
Can I send several samples in one package?: Yes. Order one analysis per sample and write the test ID on each vial separately. Without clear markings we cannot match samples to orders.
What if the result is disappointing?: Then that is what we report. We have no stake in the outcome and we do not adjust results. That is the only reason a report is worth anything.
Will my details stay confidential?: Yes. We never publish results without your explicit consent, and the report carries only the test ID — no name, no address.
